About Citlalli

Citlalli is a proud Mexican-Canadian, trilingual professional in social innovation, business strategy and non-profit governance. She is passionate about diversity, equity, women's empowerment, and sustainability. In her current role, Citlalli promotes digital transformation for businesses through innovation and technology implementation. In addition, she loves networking, mentoring, and supporting the Latino community in Canada. As Hispanotech’s (the leading non-profit supporting Latin American Tech professionals with 17 years of positive impact) president, she is responsible for leading the board of directors and for strategic planning and direction. She also volunteers for a few other associations, such as Enlace Community Link, where she supports temporary agricultural workers in Canada, ensuring their rights are guaranteed and their work conditions are optimal. She is also a member of Alianza Latina’s Steering Committee, and TRIEC’s PINs Advisory Board.
